Privacy Policy

Contact form: first name, last name, email address, mobile number, and the project details you describe.

Careers form: name, email address, phone number, college/degree, skills, the role you're applying for, your availability date, an optional message, and your resume (PDF, up to 5MB).

We do not collect any other personal information through this website, and we do not use tracking or analytics cookies to build a profile of visitors — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your application. We do not use it for marketing, advertising, or sell it to any third party.

Form submissions are delivered by email using Resend, a transactional email service that acts as our data processor for sending messages. Contact form submissions go to info@mekmihans.com; Careers applications go to hr@mekmihans.com.

We do not maintain a separate database of submissions — your email to our team is the record, kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry or application.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@mekmihans.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.

Questions about this Privacy Policy can be sent to info@mekmihans.com.
